Scope
This custom lower-level project was designed as a complete wellness and entertainment retreat. The space includes a full gym, yoga studio, private movie theater, sunken golf simulator, and a welcoming transition area with heated floors and refined tilework. The result is a year-round extension of the home's lifestyle.
Planning priorities included moisture management, mechanical routing, and finish sequencing so performance details supported the design goals. Early decisions around lighting, acoustics, and circulation helped create a lower level that feels calm and intentional instead of compartmentalized.
