Kevin Kuechle
Kevin Kuechle learned the value of hard work early in life, growing up on a farm where long days, responsibility, and doing things the right way weren’t optional—they were expected. That foundation shaped how he approached both work and life.
As a young man, Kevin came to Minneapolis and began working in the trades, starting his career as an electrician. The job demanded precision, discipline, and accountability—skills that would later define his approach to construction as a whole.
In 1974, Kevin founded Kuechle Construction Company with a straightforward goal: build homes with integrity, craftsmanship, and care. Word spread not through advertising, but through reputation—earned one project at a time.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren, tending his garden, and being outdoors. That appreciation for nature, patience, and long-term care is reflected in the way he has always approached building—thoughtfully and with respect for what lasts.
Andrew Kuechle
Andrew Kuechle grew up in the business, spending time on jobsites from a young age and learning firsthand what it means to build well—and responsibly. Those early experiences weren’t about shortcuts or speed; they were about understanding the craft and respecting the trust homeowners place in a builder.
Over the years, Andrew developed a deep appreciation for the responsibility that comes with working on people’s homes. To him, construction isn’t just about materials and schedules—it’s about stewardship, communication, and delivering a home that feels right long after the project is complete.
Today, Andrew carries the company forward with the same values it was founded on, while embracing modern building science, energy efficiency, and technology that improves comfort and performance.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his children, working in the garden, biking, and keeping up with the latest gadgets and tools that make both life and building smarter.
