We plan so thoroughly the project rarely strays from the original number.

Selections are chosen before we break ground. Allowances are real. Changes get priced and signed, not absorbed. That's how you avoid making expensive decisions under pressure.

One point of contact

The person who starts your project is the person who finishes it.

No hand-offs to a different project manager mid-build, no "let me find out who's handling that." The same family runs every project start to finish.
